Terms of service

About our store

Cold Weather Home is operated by OVER8TED LLC. These terms apply to purchases through coldweatherhome.com. For help, email team@coldweatherhome.com.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before payment. Prices are in US dollars. The final product price, shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place an order. An order confirmation records your purchase; tracking is sent when your shipment is dispatched.

If an item becomes unavailable or an error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Prices and promotions

Crossed-out prices labeled MSRP are supplier-recommended retail prices, not a claim that Cold Weather Home previously charged those prices. Current product and bundle prices are 20% below supplier MSRP, with minor rounding to the nearest cent. Offers apply to the listed products and variants at the prices displayed when you order.

Product information and safe use

Review the dimensions, compatibility, contents and care instructions on each product page. Window insulation film is supplied as a sheet that you trim to fit; it is not custom pre-cut to your measurements. Follow the instructions supplied with electrical products and keep heaters clear of fabric, bedding and water. Screen settings can affect how colors appear.

Delivery, returns and refunds

We ship within the United States. Expected delivery is 4–7 days from your order, including processing. See our Shipping Policy for costs, tracking and delay options. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, product conditions and how to request a prepaid return label.

Privacy and fair use

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not use this website for unlawful activity or attempt to disrupt its security or other customers’ access.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updates apply to future purchases; the terms displayed at the time of your purchase govern that order.
