Refund policy

30-day hassle-free returns

If your purchase is not right for your home, email team@coldweatherhome.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return. Sale items and bundles are included. There is no restocking fee.

How it works

1. Email us to start the return. We will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions for eligible US returns.
2. Pack the item securely with its included parts. Please wait for our instructions; do not send returns to the address on the original shipping label.
3. After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

Return condition

Items must be unused and unaltered, with all included accessories. Tape, film and door seals must not have been cut or installed; candles, wax melts and wick refills must be unused. Return a complete bundle for a full bundle refund. If one component is defective, contact us so we can resolve that item without requiring an unnecessary whole-kit return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem and include a photo if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. These remedies apply even if an item was opened or reasonably used to discover the defect. Do not continue using a damaged electrical item.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before shipment. Once shipped, use the return process. Original delivery charges, if any, are not refunded for a change-of-mind return; we refund them when we sent a defective or incorrect order or where required by law. No policy term limits your legal rights.
