Shipping policy

US delivery

We currently ship to the United States. Expected delivery is 4–7 days after your order is placed, including order processing. Standard shipping is $8 for orders below $70, and free for orders of $70 or more. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

We will email shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. Bundles or multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package; we will provide tracking for each shipment.

Changes or delays

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact team@coldweatherhome.com promptly if it needs a correction. If we cannot meet the promised dispatch or delivery timing, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund.

Delivery help

If tracking shows a problem, your package is missing, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will help resolve the shipment with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
